(Dr.) Khalwale from giving busaa and marijuana to cows and bulls. The Deputy President has never questioned the culture of the Luhyas when it comes to bull- fighting. His problem has been that while doing so, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale has been feeding cows on busaa. view

There is a very important phenomenon that is going on in the university and that is a very worrying trend. As a lecturer, one of the things we used to struggle with and Sen.
