What is good for Zimbabwe in having a president for more than 30 years may not be the kind of policy we want to breed here. I accept your interpretation although that paragraph says, “President” and not “former President.” However, since you are the Speaker of the House, for the sake of decorum in the House, obedience of the rules, the rulings of the Chair – you gave me the privilege to sit there for some time – I withdraw and apologise. view
