The previous Order Paper stated that the Bill that was recommitted was the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Bill which we have finished. Order No.3 was not recommitted. It is my fault that I allowed that opening. The Senate Minority Leader is right that we should finish the debate on this matter as written on the Order Paper on 29th October 2015.
