(Prof.) Kindiki): Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I support the sentiments that have been made by my brother, the Senate Minority Leader, that issues to do with business in this House should be consultative. That is what we have done all along. However, on this one I want to assure the Senate Minority Leader that I was also not consulted. The explanation which I have accepted was that, that consultation took place among Members of the Chairperson’s Panel.
