  • 17 Feb 2022 in Senate: (Sen.) Poghisio: Madam Temporary Speaker, I do not know what is happening. Where is Sen. (Dr.) Mwaura? Yesterday, he was ruled out of order by the Chair by the way he was dressed. He has not changed much about his hat. We would like to see him fully, so you can determine if he is properly dressed and rule if it is in order. That hat was refused yesterday and he was asked to go back and dress appropriately. Maybe you can do the same. view
