Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. First of all, I would like to congratulate Sen. (Eng.) Muriuki for coming up with such an innovative Motion. I remember very well when Sen. Obure was the Minister for Roads and Public Works and Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo his Permanent Secretary. At that point in time, I was serving as a member of the taskforce on devolved Government. If you want to continue contributing to the main Motion, you may allow me to put the question on those two additions, so that I may give Sen. Mugo the Floor to make a contribution on the main Motion, if that is her intention. Is that okay with you Sen. Mugo?
