The Senate Majority Leader was here, we even waved him back when he was walking out. Unless we are provided with a procedure for handling that one, we cannot do it midway. There has to be a debate. I have to propose the Question. I am a great sympathizer of that amendment but unless you give us the rules--- Sen. (Eng.) Muriuki, I am giving you a chance to contribute. view

We will finish and at the time we are reporting to the House, it can be subject for your recommittal to the Committee for that reason and it would be the House to decide at that stage. So, you need to work with the necessary people. view
