(Prof.) Kindiki): Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, is he in order to give a selective list of appointees and fail to recognize that Dr. Noah Wekesa, Mr. Chris Okemo, the Director of Immigration and former Speaker, Mr. Kenneth Marende, have been appointed in the recent times? He was talking about recent appointments, but I think he is pursuing a very dangerous ideology. I say so because he is misleading this House and Kenyans that appointments made by the Jubilee Government are tribal. He is out of order. view

• 31 Mar 2015 in Senate: You have successfully said that anybody who has been cleared of any wrong doing in the past - I am supposing those are different charges on the Cabinet Secretaries and you have just said that it is a rule of law issue. You are the one who said that people should step aside to find out whether they have committed an offence or not. So you cannot just pass judgement. We will close you there, your time is over. I am giving you ten seconds only. view
