What is wrong? The idea of regulating the fertilizer sector is not in dispute. The idea of creating incentives and compelling the Government to come up with a programme that supports farmers to access affordable fertiliser is not in question. However, I must point out one major issue that I have observed especially in yesterday’s session of debate.
