  • 2 Oct 2014 in Senate: Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale, what did you exactly say? Which language is that? Is that English? view
  • 2 Oct 2014 in Senate: (Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki): On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I want to ride on what Sen. Muthama has said. The Motion in Order No.8 is procedural and the one on Order No.9 is a substantive Motion on issues that are already raised in Order No.8. However, I can foresee, from the way people are speaking that there will be an overlap. Whatever one will say in the first one could be the same thing they will say in the second one. Since this one has already come and is procedural, we will dispose of it first. view
  • 2 Oct 2014 in Senate: Let me put it this way; the Senate Majority Leader and the Senator for Kakamega had already abided by the consultation view

  • 2 Oct 2014 in Senate: Yes, what is it, Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki? view
