A contractor was given a little amount of money to start the project, which has since stalled. The place is now dilapidated; the athletes cannot train and the footballers cannot also play. Sakaja promised that his Committee will do something. I propose that they summon the Cabinet Secretary (CS) of Sports, Culture and Heritage suo moto, on their own Motion.
