(Prof.) Kindiki): Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT, Regulation 1 of the Regulations be amended by deleting the words “come into operation” appearing immediately after the words “and shall” and substituting therefor the words “be deemed to have come into operation”.
