As a House, this Bill is critical towards the implementation of Universal Health Care (UHC). As the Senate Majority Leader has put it, this is a Bill that is going to enable our facilities to address short-term emergency procurement of consumables within facilities that would have taken time if regular procurement processes were followed in the county. view
