Therefore, we support this Bill because it will create sanity and make sure that the process of data transfer and release of private data will be properly addressed and governed in law. Is he stating that the Cabinet Secretary for East Africa Community (EAC), Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs), and Regional Development has a special population she is buying rice for, for Kshs4000 and you have a special population you are buying rice for Kshs1800?
