• 2 Mar 2023 in Senate: Madam Temporary Speaker, I rise to oppose the decision of the Supreme Court on this matter, of allowing the registration of an association of the LGBTQ. In the ruling, the Supreme Court was relying on the Bill of Rights that is enshrined in our Constitution. However, the framers of the Constitution, knew that even though there are rights of every Kenyan, there must be limitation to those rights.
