On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. While I want to thank the hon. Member for his very eloquent contribution, we will not allow him to get away with wild statements about corruption. On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. The manner in which the hon. Member is starting her contribution is offensive and provocative. Is the hon. Member in order to say that the ERC, which she correctly says is supposed to protect the interest of consumers, investors and other stakeholders--- Is she in order to say that it is protecting the interest of cartels? Could she substantiate which cartels this ERC is protecting and in what manner?
