Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you for pointing that out. There were loud consultations going on at that corner. As I was saying, the country as a whole would appreciate that the Minister proposes certain policies to ensure that the locals also participate effectively in the development of roads and other infrastructure in this country, so that some of the money remains here. Order, Mr. Assistant Minister! I sincerely believe that, hon. Members need to address yourself to the issue of the dead Kenyans whether a complaint has been made to the police or not. Perhaps this constitutes a valid complaint. You also need to address yourself to the situation of the police officers. So, please do it in a more sensitive way.
