As I was saying, the country as a whole would appreciate that the Minister proposes certain policies to ensure that the locals also participate effectively in the development of roads and other infrastructure in this country, so that some of the money remains here. Members need to address yourself to the issue of the dead Kenyans whether a complaint has been made to the police or not. Perhaps this constitutes a valid complaint.
