Madam Temporary Speaker, I rise to support this Statement that is quite timely. May it be noted that the NMS has been violating the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) Act because for the last 16 months, they have not purchased their medicine or pharmaceutical products from the KEMSA. This House passed a legislation directing every single county government to purchase their pharmaceuticals from KEMSA. There was also a directive given by the President. Madam Deputy Speaker, I rise on a point of order on the relevance of the point of order by Sen. Cherargei. If Sen. Cherargei is keen to listen to the way Sen. M. Kajwang is explaining the role of the Ministry of Energy--- Yesterday I stood here and pointed out the role that the CS, Energy plays when it comes to the issue of EPRA. I think Sen.
