The Government, in the meantime, is finalizing the Roads Investment Programme and consideration will be given to upgrading of the Turbo-Barbaton-Endebess Road, that is Road C44, to bitumen standard along with other competing candidate roads in the said Investment Programme of 2009/2010. view
