  • 2 Nov 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have admitted that we have improved the design of that section of the road but in no way we would say that it is the design that caused the accidents. We have previously said – and I want to repeat – that most of the accidents were caused by human error, and particularly over speeding. If the problem was the design, then all the vehicles that used that section of the road would have ended up in the same position. view

Therefore, the contractor who has been awarded this contract should be able to resume work and ensure that the worst sections are taken of as we wait for January. view
