Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, there will be many areas in this Bill where this amendment will come wherever we have accreditation and it is supposed to be replaced with the word “licensing” because we are talking of licensing and not accrediting. view

When the Speaker gave us the option to go and re-look at our Committee Report, we took the report from the Council of Governors and also the request from Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., to insert an amendment and we combined his amendment. So, what we have here is the request from Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. which we consented to. view

We had a 76- page request from the Council of Governors last year and we sat with them together with their lawyers. I submitted that last time.
