Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I believe that the definition of âGovernmentâ is very clear. We have three arms of Government. We have the Executive, which is led by the President. We have the Judiciary led by the Chief Justice, and the Legislature which is led by the Speaker. To me, it is not in order that we should be spending so much time defining who is âGovernmentâ.
