  • 29 Jul 2015 in Senate: Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 77 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (2) by deleting the words “by the Cabinet Secretary” appearing at the end of the sub clause and substituting therefor the words “Regulations made under this Act”. The reason for this amendment is that we expect regulations to govern the Act. This should not be in the domicile of the Cabinet Secretary alone. view
