We saw that recently in Nakuru. Two young men lost their lives because of interacting with electrical connections that were live. We have heard cases of people dying through electric shocks. Degazetted of land is meant for public utility like the public institutions that already exist. So, we must have that clarification. However, we should be hesitant to degazette more forest land because our forest cover is below 10 per cent.
