I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the status and criteria used for identification and registration of elderly persons in Nakuru County who qualify to benefit from the Elderly Persons Cash-Transfer Programme?
