I hope my Chairman is listening. We need to address that matter otherwise, a very good law like this can end up not getting implemented. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this is a public petition by residents of Chepareria, along the Kapenguria-Lodwar international highway, and specifically the Isiolo-Kitale-Marich (A1) Road. I would like to read it out.
