That is what we are seeking from what it was called before, the “Executive Director”. The problem with the Executive Director is that you cannot know whether that is the Director-General, the CEO or a Board Member. That is why my Committee, through public participation and the Government, found it fit to realign the title of the occupant of that office with other Director-Generals in the roads sub-sector.
