I oppose this Bill and feel it is mischievous, misleading, not open and has something funny in it. That is why it is being called progressive. I feel that this Bill is misleading, not open and that is why majority of the women in this House oppose it. For example, in Rwanda, 64 per cent of parliamentarians are women, Tanzania has 35 per cent and Uganda 23 per cent. It is a good idea to have the Kenyatta Mausoleum because Jomo Kenyatta fought for the freedom of this country. We should put that historical fact into the minds of our children.
