First, I want to thank Kenyan taxpayers who have enabled this Government to do what it has done, especially with regard to providing services to Kenyans. My Ministry is committed to the development of sports in Kenya and it is for that reason that we have disbursed Kshs2 million towards upgrading of Kapkatet Stadium. The local community may further wish to sink additional funding from the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) which I want to report that the area Member of Parliament, Mr. Sang, was in my office and promised to top up the amount.
