The way the revenue has been given out, let us be very conscious of what we are doing. The public debt stands at Kshs414 billion. What is left to the national Government is Kshs385 billion. • 22 Apr 2014 in National Assembly: national identity cards, it is true that we need to have a system which is like the passport system. You can easily be traced by pressing a button. You give your passport and somebody keys in your data. We need to invest in the Kenya Police. We cannot achieve anything as a nation unless we have improved our security. With those few remarks, I support this Bill. But there is need to do amendments on this report and be serious as Kenyans so that we can develop this country for all of us. • 26 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: From the outset, I want to say that I am opposing the Report but before I say that, we have a gym down here. It is supposed to make us fit and when we go there, we are given instructions that when you start you will feel pain. They say there is no gain without pain. If you do not follow, what happens is that you will go for three days, miss another day and another. Then what happens is that you add weight and then go to hospital. view
