Kombo and normally accompanied by a clerk and in this case, we had Mr. Njoroge. The bi-annual meeting took place in September in the ACP House in Brussels and was followed by joint meetings with the European Union Committee counterparts from 30th September to 2nd October, 2009.   • 7 Jul 2010 in National Assembly: I know our Committee has been participating a lot and I know that the Members of the Committee were sent to an EAC meeting in Dar-es-Salaam where we were supposed to initiate the EPAs agreement but there were disagreements towards the last point because of the imbalance and lack of assurance that the imbalance will not cause bias in trade against our people for a long time.
