Kenyans have waited for this Constitution. We gave them 100 days, months and at times we talked of fewer than 100 days. There are people who have to travel for several kilometers to reach their constituents. It is no wonder we have a high turn-over of Members of Parliaments from these places. It is because they cannot visit all their constituents within the five-year term. I hope that, that is clear. At that time, the money required was Kshs9.8 million. view
