May I first rule that the Government whips have nothing to do with the Cabinet Ministers coming here. It is for the Government to organise itself. So, I would have expected somebody representing the Government, if there is any who has been sent by either of the two Ministers, to stand up and say something. view

It is the Leader of Government Business in the House who should be responding. I think the absence of both the Leader of Government Business and the two Ministers--- I think we will have to discuss their absence. The Chair will have to rule on their absence later. view
