9 Feb 2016 in Senate:
Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have no doubt in the capacities of the Senators who have been chosen to join this very important Committee of the House. However, I am compelled to agree with Sen. Karue for one reason. If you read Standing Order No.176 (1), in fact, the seats that are grounded by law in the Rules and Business Committee are:- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes

3 Dec 2015 in Senate:
Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, from the outset, I oppose this Motion. I do not feel convinced on why we need to extend the term of this Commission. For one, we must, as a country, get to a point where when you are a given some work to do, you do it diligently within the time given. I say that because we have had a habit as a country and especially the Commissions and the different taskforces that are established in this country, where you ensure that you do not finish what you are supposed to so that when your term ...

The balance of the implementation of these laws can be done though the ...

19 Nov 2015 in Senate:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I had put my intervention earlier before the Senate Majority Leader responded. I support my Chairman noting that the CPAIC is a Sessional Committee and we will lapse before the end of the year. It will be very important to table the business that we have dealt with so that we move to the next year. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. 19 Nov 2015 in Senate:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Sen. (Dr.) Machage has made very serious allegations about favouring and disbursements that some counties are favoured while others are denied funds. It would only be better if he gives specifics with substantiations so that we can know what he is actually talking about.
