Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, when Kenyans were celebrating Labour Day yesterday, the people of Teso South were mourning. Others spent the whole day in hospital taking care of the injured. In a span of less than two weeks, the people of Teso South have suffered two major attacks; the first one being at Kemodo and the other one at an area called Akobwaiti.
