Thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me this chance to give my condolences. Many things have been spoken about the late Senator Kajwang’. We have heard many good things that he has done. I would like to say that we, as leaders, should leave a legacy as he has done himself. It is good to do good because it is good to do good. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this chance to support the amendment. I want to thank hon. Ichung’wah for the amendment. May I say that alcoholism is evil. As people say, it is a disease but it is evil. It has changed our happy homes to unhappy homes. Many children, including students, are getting killed by alcohol. I would like to say that this evil should be dealt with without any delay. That is why I have stood here to support this amendment Bill. It is timely. Hon. With the potential of Nakuru County being an investment hub for this country, security must be a priority for the national Government. There should be no compromise. Could the Chairperson respond to that?
