When returns are done at the national level, the process goes through the stages up to where the programme was initiated. You will find people claiming benefits for people who are not even there. When these people are dead, someone continues to get the benefits. view

We also need to look at the technology part of it and assist as much as we can, especially when it comes to the internet, because most of them come from rural areas where there is no internet. They have what we call “mulika mwizi” phones and they are not even able to read and write. view
