In conclusion, it is very important for us to do a thorough forensic audit on all the people who are suspected to be stealing or benefitting unlawfully from the programme. The Government also needs to be made aware that regardless of it releasing the money, it does not reach the intended beneficiaries hence the need for a thorough audit. This Bill gives us opportunity for decentralizing most of the work done by the Government Printer. It facilitates the effectiveness, transparency and accountability of the work done at the county. Decentralizing means more work being devolved. There is so much work at the Government Printer. Devolving it will give better and faster access to the citizens.
