If human beings are being killed because of wildlife and the wildlife is being defended more than human beings, who is 0g0oing to take care of that wildlife and yet we are the same people who take care of the wildlife? We pay taxes because we want the wildlife to be protected. view
  • 9 Jun 2022 in Senate: In as much as those animals are taken care of and they give the Government a lot of money through the tourism sector, we need to be protected as human beings. This is not the first or the second time we have seen people being killed haphazardly. Since I came to this Parliament and previously, members of the community that live near the game parks and the game reserves have been killed. We have had so many complaints of people being killed by the wild animals and the officers who take care of these game parks. view
