These include removing features that may cause insecurity, for example, poor lighting in public places and poor public transport, which needs to be improved. We may have achieved some of those, but legislators must ensure that we pass laws that will give coverage to all of them. We should, therefore, support the Big Four Agenda that seeks to ensure social security for all. view
