It is only 20 minutes to 1.00 p.m., and I know a few colleagues would want to say something on this particular Motion. So, I would want to propose that we limit the debate to three minutes each. First, I am very grateful to the people of Nyandarua for giving me an opportunity to come to the Senate. It has been a great Session, especially for those of us who were here for the first time. It is such a challenge to those of us who would want to become majority leaders in the future. Madam Temporary Speaker, allow me to laud all the colleagues who have been here. We have had our highs and lows, but the fabric that has held us together remains. Yesterday, we had a bipartisan issue, where we were supposed to speak as a House in regards to respect for this particular House. We have been able ... view
