We are still waiting for Kshs500 million from Public Private Partnership (PPP), so that construction of Pesi Dam can start. We shall not fall into the same trap that we fell like in the case of Sasumua Dam. Pesi Dam is aimed to supply water to the people of Nakuru. Again, we will not have water.
