Dullo for raising this important matter that touches on Universal Health Coverage (UHC), one of the four pillars of the President. This is an issue that the Committee has engaged the Cabinet Secretary on. We have raised those issues and one thing that we have noted is that the Senate has been excluded in all the arrangements pertaining to UHC.
