I think all seats are designated and written, “Sit here.” There are Members who are seated haphazardly. I need guidance because I am exposed and really scared. view

You need to call a meeting of the Liaison Committee or the leadership of the House to look at the performance of chairpersons of Committees and their competency and effectiveness. The leadership of the Liaison Committee is always absent.
