• 25 Feb 2021 in National Assembly: THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended - (a) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (1) ─ “(1A) Without prejudice to the generality of sub section (1), every refugee and asylum seeker shall be accorded treatment as favourable as possible and, in any event, not less favourable than that accorded to foreign nationals in Kenya.” view

Sometimes we agree in principle, but it is just we do not seem to agree in the way we are putting it.
