We strongly pushed for it because it is not good for Parliament to set some bad trends by violating the law that we enacted. One way of ensuring that political parties in this country mature is to give them money for their operations and even for them to practise internal democracy. We call it Roho maler in my constituency. The Member is wearing the uniform of Roho maler. Is it a parliamentary dress code?
