I just want to indicate that from listening to the Chairperson, this is a very straightforward matter of ratification of two treaties between Kenya and South Africa and Kenya and Botswana on the issue of air transport. I have said this before in this House and I will say it again, that there is need for opening up of air space amongst African countries.
