It specifically calls for great support for countries that host refugees in finances and helping them to see how they can integrate them with the host communities. view

We have seen many institutions and many entities misuse the gaps in procurement laws to waste public money. These Regulations will help in streamlining those processes. view

Pending bills, whether at the national level or at the county level, are due to not following procurement processes. For instance, what the county governments are doing is that if they inherit pending bills from a previous county government, they do not pay. If you look at the Auditor-General’s reports, you will find that there are culprits who do not adhere to procurement processes. We have seen cases where entities, because they have not followed the correct procurement processes, end up making variations which they mostly abuse. We have also seen cases where some county governments were not able to pay for services and goods they have been offered.
