I, therefore, congratulate the Assistant Minister for telling us that Kshs4.9 billion was allocated for the drought mitigation. Twice, the Attorney-General was asked to tell the Minister to come and issue the Ministerial Statement but up to now nothing has been done. When will that Ministerial Statement be issued? view
