But for irrigation, for the first time in 50 years, we have benefited from the National Irrigation Board (NIB). We are pleased with its work and it should be left indefinitely. view

Going by the way parties are now jumping from one place to the other, the qualifications for independent candidates subjects them to having a certificate from the political parties three months before the 4th of March which was last week. view

That means that by the 4th of December, someone must have resigned from his political party that he or she is in at the moment. If that is not in order, could the Assistant Minister clarify the remedy for this from sitting Members of Parliament? view

On the voting day, shall we be using Black Books or shall we be using BVR kits? In my area, the voting time will not be extended after 5.00 p.m. due to insecurity and lack of lighting. Could he come up with another suggestion, so that my people can have more time to register? view
